A good friend of mine told me a story about a contractor with a lot of integrity. He hired a window cleaner who unfortunately did not do a good job. He did not clean up after himself, left some windows dirty, and did a very poor job. The contractor got some emails from the customer, and they were very upset. The thing that I think is so remarkable is that the contractor still paid the window cleaner. Even though he did not finish the job correctly, and even though it was a $3,000 job. That contractor is a man of integrity and a professional.
